Enkopisavi on savien sekoitus, joka on tarkoitettu enkopien valmistukseen. Enkopisaveen lisätään vain vesi ja haluttu väriaine, sekä tarvittaessa sakanesto-ainetta. Enkopisavesta valmistetut enkopit sopivat yleisesti sekä matalanpolton, että korkeanpolton saville, mutta yhteensopivuus käytetyn saven kanssa on mahdollista selvittää vain kokeilemalla.
