Purkkikoko 118ml. 1240°C:ssa EL-121 väri vaihtuu tummanruskeaksi ja kiteet häviävät. Ihanteellinen polttolämpötila 1000-1060°C. Voidaan polttaa myös korkeammalle, silloin suositeltavaa että teet testipolton ennen lopullista lasitusta, koska sävy muuttuu ja lasite saattaa lähteä valumaan.
